Ownership & Risk
The parties hereby constitute that ownership of the goods mentioned in this schedule of goods, will remain vested in the seller unit date of final payment. Should the purchaser for any reason whatsoever not effect payment in terms of this agreement timeously, the seller will have the right to remove the goods from the premises notwithstanding any other remedy that it might have in law.
The parties hereby constitute that the risk in the goods as mentioned in this schedule, will pass to the purchaser on date of installation. The purchaser will comprehensively insure the goods at his cost and any damage of whatsoever nature to the said goods will be for the account of the purchaser.
Fantique Air reserves the right to retake possession of all equipment not paid for completely, within payment terms.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 calendar days from date of quote, unless otherwise stated on quote.
Terms of payment is COD unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Please ensure that all prices are inclusive of VAT as the company is VAT registered (495 0194 177). In a case where VAT has been mistakenly left off a quote, please note that the quote will need to be corrected before the quote is accepted by Fantique Air.
Order only valid on acceptance of the Client.
Unless otherwise reduced in writing electrical contracting work is specifically excluded from any heating ventilation & air-conditioning (HVAC) installation. Power must be supplied by the client – we will connect power from an isolator or plug within 1m of the installed unit. Should the power point provided not be sufficient it is the clients responsibility (and cost) to upgrade the supply.
Waterproofing of roof or outside wall installations will not be guaranteed. The client must arrange for a qualified person or company for any waterproofing requirements.
Due to the nature of an Airconditioning & Ventilation installation units installed cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or returned. Should the client wish to move the unit this will be charged for at normal rates.
Please ensure that you and sales consultant are fully in agreement on the way the unit / units will be installed. Extra chasing, trunking, condensate pumps, electrical work in the distribution board and labour that need to be used over and above the original quote will be charged for at normal rates should the installation change from what was originally discussed. Please note that painting of trunking is not part of the installation.
